Prices listed below reflect service rates.
Any parts or material used will be billed at list price plus applicable sales tax.
Payment is due at the completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

Service call (Licensed Irrigator)
Includes mobilization, fuel/ trip surcharge
and initial system evaluation.
(Travel outside our service area may incur additional charges)

Billed in 30 min. increments
$ 95 per hr.
Zone valve locate service
pricing for this service is in addition to the service call and hourly fees.
$ 45 - single valve
$ 15 - per each additional valve
Over time valve boxes that house the individual electric zone valve can be covered in dirt or overgrown with grass. Knowing where each valve is located allows service or replacement when needed.
Valve locating charges are billed in addition to service call and labor hours.
Includes locating, marking and exposing buried valves.
No charge if valve(s) are not located.
Helper (If used)
Billed in 30 min. increments
$ 65 per hr.
Billed only if a technicians helper is used
Larger projects
Larger projects requiring estimate.
Estimates will be charged the $125 service call fee.
*If the estimate is accepted and is $500 or more, 50% of the service call fee will be credited.
*If the estimate is accepted and is $1,000 or more, 100% of the service call fee will be credited.
*These credits apply to single family residential properties only.
Does not include commercial, managed leased or rental properties.
