We want to be upfront about our pricing.
We charge on a time and material basis.
After our initial assessment of your system, we can estimate additional charges (if any) above the stated minimum service call fee.

We have found that a large portion of our repair projects are completed in 1-3 hours.

Service rates

Within our service area

Prices listed below reflect service/ labor rates.
Any parts or material used will be billed at list price plus applicable sales tax.

Payment is due at the completion of services unless prior billing  arrangements have been made.

Service call  (Licensed Irrigator)
Includes mobilization, fuel/ trip surcharge 
and initial system evaluation.
(Travel outside our service area may incur additional charges)

Billed in 30 min. increments

$ 95 per hr.

Additional charges if a helper is needed or used.

Electrical troubleshooting
Includes use of specialized wire and valve locating equipment.
Pricing for this service is in addition to the service call and hourly fees.

$ 45 per visit


Locate and repair/ replace electric zone valves.
Locate and repair cut/ damaged or corroded wiring.

Large or complex projects

Projects requiring estimate. 

Estimates will be charged the $125 service call fee.

*If the estimate is accepted and is $500 or more, 50% of the service call fee will be credited.

*If the estimate is accepted and is $1,000 or more, 100% of the service call fee will be credited.

*These credits apply to single family residential properties only.
Does not include commercial, managed, leased or rental properties.
