We will evaluate the system zone by zone making note of any deficiencies such as:

1. Main or lateral line leaks, broken sprinkler heads, cut drip tubing.

2. Sprinkler heads that may need to be straightened, raised or lowered.

3, Look for heads spraying on to the street, sidewalk, driveway or other hardscaped areas.

4. Check for the correct operating pressure and water flow of each station.

5. Clogged nozzles.

6. Low head drainage.

7. Check for correct head spacing / layout.

8. Ensure the system has a functioning "Rain sensor".

9. Measure the gallon per minute usage of each zone.

10. Check the systems controller programming for efficient automatic watering schedules.
